Returns for Physical Products (CDs, Digipacks)
We offer you a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order, without giving any reason.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- CDs and vinyl records must be unopened and sealed in their original packaging.
- Items must be in their original, undamaged condition.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
We cannot accept returns on:
- CDs, vinyl, or other media products that have been opened or unsealed (unless defective).
- Items damaged by the customer.
Digital Products
All digital downloads and digital extras are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. By completing your purchase of digital content, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right of withdrawal for these items.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or fees incurred during the return process.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Partial refunds may be issued if items show signs of use or damage not caused by us.
